Eligibility for returns
The satisfaction of our clients is very important to us and for that,
We carefully inspect all of our products before shipment. We accept all returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- -item(s) must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging (if applicable).
- -Item(s) must be returned within 3 days of the delivery date.
- -Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label via email
- Package the item (s) securely and ship back, using the provided label.
Return shipping cost will be:
- Covered by us if the item is damaged or incorrect
- The responsibility of the customer for all other returns
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm they are in original condition, you will receive a refund within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.
Refunds will cover the item’s price, excluding shipping fees, unless the item was defective or incorrect
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or variation, please reach out to us at [email protected] exchanges are subject to item availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead. Exchanges are not applicable on custom ordered item(s).
Damaged or Defective items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, if applicable.
